Spiritual Development with Amadis Cammell in London, UKHeart of Being CoursesHeart of Being 'CYCLE OF LIFE' EVENINGSThis programme will comprise a series of five short courses, which will focus on specific topics and 'elements' of the Chinese model of the creative cycle of life. This 3,000 year model encompasses all the spiritual, psychological and natural principles of human existence. This set of five elements also corresponds to the five character structures found in Reichian psychology. This and other similar correlations are explored in this series of five courses.From the new year we will work in succession with the subsequent phases along the element creative cycle; first Water then Wood then Fire and finally Earth. Each set will be examined and explored conceptually and experientially following the Heart of Being paradigm of personal spiritual unfoldment. Thus we will cover the entire Cycle of Life in five batches of 7-8 evenings over one year. In tandem, linked to the particular element being focussed on, there will be a weekend workshop using the Core Integration paradigm of therapy and psychological work. In the evening sessions we will be working with a range of approaches that facilitate contact with spiritual realms and a deeper connection with our core. These will include: Qigong, breathwork, meditation, visualisation, reflection, enquiry, movement, dance and 'surrender' techniques. All these will be within the Heart of Being framework, whose aim is to reveal the essence of our being, the true nature of spirit and the love of our soul. Enosis means 'union' in Greek, so the overall intention of this series is to unify or at least connect with the reality of the phases of our being as envisaged by classical Chinese understandings and further extrapolated by the Heart of Being model. Spiritual traditions, cutting-edge therapeutic techniques and understandings, classical Chinese and Indian energetic knowledge plus unique insights of Heart of Being are combined to create a practical multi-faceted modality. It is specifically adapted for the modern age with all its turmoil, communal fragmentation and disassociation from the paradigms of Heaven & Earth. Space is given to sink into our core being so we can become more familiar with our essential nature and connect to our inner guidance and innate wisdom.
