Time is spent sinking into our core essence after the more person-centred work has been undertaken. Hence the inner dynamics of body, personality and soul can be felt into. From such a process insight can be gained or transcendental states can be reached.

The workshop aims to create a sacred and safe space for the client. The participants’ personal exploration is approached with that intention, so that soul, heart and personality can safely unfold, grow and blossom.
It is in this inner space that our aim of genuine core-to-Core Integration between us becomes possible.

It is the forerunner of Bioenergetics and Core Energetics. It is simpler in form, therefore more direct in reaching into the body and revealing basic energetic and psycho-emotional blocks. Hence deep bodywork is used as a means to free up the tension and armouring that we hold unconsciously in our physical structures. Hands-on work can also be gentle and nurturing and a means to connect with others as well as with what is going on within ourself.

Essentially, this is a term to cover Daoist and Qigong practices. Together with the western and more psychology-based approaches, “Energetics” work can go to a deeper level. These include breathing and vocal techniques, movements and postures, which serve to free the energy streams in our body and strengthen our essential life force. They also include visualisation and meditation to centre and still our energy, mind and spirit and thus connect us with the source of life and its unfoldment, which includes nature around us and the cosmos beyond us.
These practices will support our endeavour to connect with our true reality as well as our life energy (Qi), which the Chinese explored for millennia in great detail and have thus left us an incredibly refined model to work with. This is adapted to provide an esoteric component to Core Integration as well as the conceptual framework of the Cycle Of Life.
