Core Integration Psychetherapy
Ongoing workshops
The idea is that these series of experiential days will constitute a continuum of workshops which could also become a basis for a future training and development of therapeutic skills for members of the group interested in that option.
Over many years I have been developing a methodology and conceptual structure, which I define as Core Integration Psychetherapy which fully represents a holistic and integrated psyche-spiritual framework. It is primarily based on Core Energetics and calls upon other body-centered psychotherapeutic modalities. These include Drama therapy, Gestalt, Deep Reichian Bodywork, Bioenergetic Analysis and Energetic Integration.
Spiritual approaches to self-development such as Diamond Logos and Pathwork also strongly feature, as do Oriental spiritual paradigms such as Daoist Energetics (Qigong) and classical Chinese medicine and healing. When combined they bring about deep changes in the psyche as they encompass practical ways to transform the personality. They provide a means to deeply connect to our core, the very heart of our being.
The overall aim of Core Integration is to transform, transcend and embody. The dynamics of working in a group facilitates and expedites that process especially if the members of that group establish a degree of intimacy with one another by virtue of working with each over a period of time.
I truly look forward in being able to share with you the potential of this work. It has the potential to reach into the deep recesses of our being, open us up to the expanded spaces of our spirit and lead to the liberation of our self from our character defences and egoic identity.
The general theme of the current series of workshops is 'The value, vision and uses of Core Integration Psychetherapy'. The way these themes are applied will also be determined by the needs of the participants on the day as well as by the vision and resources that are offered by Core Integration.
